This is a great review! Thinking of it I kept remembering Ghassan Kanafani's dictum which opens his On ZIonist Literature (another book you might be interested in reviewing, it's online here: https://archive.org/details/on-zionist-lit/page/n1/mode/2up). It is indeed very important to read the original Zionist sources I think, from a pro-Palestine perspective. And needless to say I'm honored you got my book. It's an interesting coincide that you mention Ramsey's book too, since we did an event together in Washington DC in August!
